About The Position

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Gaithersburg, MD. The role requires 40 hours per week. Candidates requiring relocation will not be considered for the position. At Miltenyi Biotec we are looking for an Intern (6 months) to support our training initiatives and enhance our learning programs. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in training administration while making a meaningful impact.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a master’s degree in relevant engineering fields, such as Biomedical, Biomolecular, or Chemical Engineering.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar tools.
A proactive attitude with a passion for learning and development.

Responsibilities

Use your scientific insight to participate in experiments centered of the delivery of genetic material by non-viral vectors, including LNPs.
Use your lab skills to create LNP formulations.
Record experimental details in a lab notebook and present your finding in small lab group meetings.
Handle routine tasks such lab maintenance, cleaning, and organization of supplies in order to maintain a safe workspace.
