About The Position

XSITE LLC is looking for an intern from the Skillbridge program to join our team in San Diego, CA or Colorado Springs, CO. We are a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned company headquartered in San Diego. We provide full spectrum systems and systems-of-systems engineering and integration services and solutions for space, C5ISR, cyber and enterprise information systems. Our core capabilities include AI/ML, Software Development & Sustainment, Systems Engineering (including MBSE), and Modeling & Simulation. SkillBridge participants at XSITE are supported throughout the program with a focus on growth, learning, and a successful transition into civilian professional life. This program is designed to measure progress and development, not to evaluate performance in a traditional sense. Participants interested in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Cyber internship tracks are encouraged to absorb as much knowledge as possible, explore their areas of interest, and build the foundational experience needed to thrive in the civilian workforce. Expanding your professional network by connecting with our team, mentors, and colleagues across the organization is one of the most valuable outcomes of this program and a key step toward landing your next opportunity. At the conclusion of the program, participants who show strong dedication and alignment with XSITE's mission and culture will be offered a full-time position based on business needs and available roles.

Requirements

• Must be part of the Skillbridge program
• Interest in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Cyber internship tracks

Responsibilities
