Requirements

• Current students or recentgradsinmarketing, public relations, journalism, or related fields.
• Strongcommunicationskills(written and verbal).
• ProficiencyinMicrosoft Office(Word, PowerPoint, Excel);Adobe Creative Suiteis a major plus!
• Self-starterwith the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Passionate aboutsocial media content creation and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Proposal Support: Be part of the action helping us craft winning proposals.
• Project Profile Creation: Develop new project sheets using information provided by project managers,utilizingAdobe InDesign.
• Resume Updates: Update team resumes to keep everything fresh and polished.
• InDesign Creative Library: Develop graphic assets using information provided by the marketing and project teams.
• Social Media Content: Help develop content that grows our online presence.
• CosentialDatabase Entry: Learn the magic behind managing a marketing database. Input project and personnel information inCosential.
• National Collaboration:Work with marketing professionals across ourseven U.S. officesand gain experience in national coordination.
• Executive Access:Engage directly withcompany leadershipand board members, learning how to communicate and collaborate with top leadership.
