Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field of study.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.
Can effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Work well independently and as part of a team.
Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Have a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

Assisting with projects, research, and operational activities within your assigned department.
Supporting data collection, analysis, reporting, and documentation efforts.
Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas to improve processes and efficiency.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and project goals.
Learning and utilizing company systems, tools, and processes.
Preparing presentations, reports, and project deliverables.
Organizing and maintaining project information, records, and documentation.
Developing an understanding of BlueScope products, services, and business operations.
Demonstrating initiative, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
Performing other duties and special projects as assigned.
