About The Position

Circle Logistics is seeking motivated college students for our Fall 2026 Part-Time Internship program. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the logistics industry, focusing on either Carrier Sales or Inside Sales / Account Management. Interns will work approximately 20-30 hours per week at our Fort Wayne, Indiana headquarters from September 2026 to November 2026. We are committed to developing future talent, and high-performing interns may be considered for future full-time opportunities.

Requirements

Current college student pursuing an associate's or bachelor's degree.
Available to work 20-30 hours per week during the Fall 2026 semester.
Able to work on-site in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Responsibilities

Carrier Sales: Build relationships with transportation providers, negotiate rates, understand market dynamics, interact with carriers, and learn about the freight journey from pickup to delivery.
Inside Sales / Account Management: Champion customer relationships, learn freight sales and account management fundamentals, connect with customers and internal teams, and participate in load execution and service management.
