About The Position

Kelley Construction is a multi-faceted commercial and industrial general contractor licensed to perform work in many states across the United States. We offer a wealth of technical expertise in all areas of commercial construction including: restaurants, medical facilities, warehousing, fast food chains, large design-build expansions and general office renovation. We also have broad experience in industrial construction, from liquid storage and containment and petroleum related construction to pre-engineered metal buildings and concrete construction. Kelley Construction, Inc., headquartered in Louisville, KY, is recruiting for 2025 Summer Interns. The Interns will work under the direction of the Project Manager or Estimator and work with other experienced construction professionals with hands-on construction management. Requirements

Must be in a current degree program
Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Must be available the duration of the co-op, i.e. summer, spring, etc.
Must have strong analytical and communication skills
Must have strong and detailed written communication skills
Must have the ability to read, and interpret building plans

Nice To Haves

Availability for travel on an as needed basis is a plus

Responsibilities

Work under the direction of an assigned project manager, field manager or Chief Estimator.
Work with other experienced construction professionals with hands-on construction management.
