About The Position
Ventura Community Partners is seeking individuals for their Summer 2027 internship program. This program offers opportunities to build real-world business experience, solve meaningful problems, work with people, and make an impact in the communities they call home. No prior HOA experience is necessary; the company values curiosity, ideas, and a willingness to learn. Interns will have the chance to explore various career paths within community management, including Lifestyle & Resident Experience, Community Operations, Community Management, and Corporate Careers (Finance, Accounting, IT, HR, Marketing). The program aims to provide opportunities to learn, grow, and figure out what's next, with a focus on professional development, industry credentials, and career mobility.
