About The Position
AmeriLux is hiring interns through its AmeriLux University internship program. Interns work with a specific department and learn about AmeriLux, its products, divisions, and their role within the assigned team. The program supports professional and personal growth through ongoing interaction with teammates, executive-level lunch-and-learn sessions, group events, and opportunities to meet the executive team. Interns partner with their leader to establish position-specific goals for success. Leaders provide guidance on projects and day-to-day tasks. At the end of the summer, interns present their accomplishments and learning to the AmeriLux leadership team. Placements are available in Information Technology, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Distribution & Operations, Logistics & Transportation, Supply Chain, Customer Relations, and Sales & Marketing.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree at a college or university.
- Interest in one or more of the listed departments.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Partner with a leader to establish position-specific “What Success Looks Like” goals.
- Learn about AmeriLux products and the divisions across the AmeriLux Family of Companies.
- Learn the role and how it operates within the assigned team.
- Work on projects and day-to-day tasks with guidance from leaders.
- Build relationships with the A-Team.
- Present accomplishments and learning to the AmeriLux leadership team at the end of the summer.
