About The Position

This year-round internship provides valuable insight into Navy Federal's business, technology, resources, and procedures by offering support in focused areas and applying knowledge and education. Interns will participate in a collaborative, team-driven network, interact with multiple departments, and receive guidance from team and management. The role aims to utilize and further develop technical and soft skills, business knowledge, analytical techniques, and creative problem-solving abilities. Interns will provide professional execution of day-to-day tasks and special projects while working within established standards, policies, and procedures. This is a flexible internship that can be Full or Part-Time, based on the intern's school schedule. The Lending Service Support team is responsible for access management across the Lending department, supporting teams such as Consumer, Collections, Credit Cards, and Mortgage Default. They provide fast, reliable, and friendly technical support to Lending customers through swift and correct resolution of submitted tickets, access provisioning, and the monitoring of alerts 24/7. A requirement for this position is that the applicant must be currently enrolled in college-level courses or a degree-seeking program throughout the duration of the internship. Applicants are required to upload their transcripts.
