About The Position
Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions is currently seeking an Intern for our Nashville, TN Water Resources Department. The successful candidate will assist project managers, engineers, and scientists with a wide array of tasks including: conducting field investigations, performing basic engineering calculations, hydrologic and hydraulic computer modeling, assisting in analysis and design studies, developing software applications, and providing technical support to project teams, producing written and oral reports.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a BS or MS degree in engineering
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills
- Capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work hard as part of a team
Responsibilities
