About The Position

This is a year-round internship opportunity at Tyson Foods for driven and passionate individuals. Interns will contribute to meaningful projects, gain hands-on experience, develop critical skills, and be part of a company that values innovation, sustainability, and excellence. The role offers the chance to experience entry-level work at a large food company, work on impactful projects, and make a difference. The program aims to convert top-performing interns into full-time team members post-graduation.

Requirements

• Incoming junior, senior, or higher education with at least one semester of school remaining.
• Degree in Information Systems preferred; User Experience (UX) a nice to have.
• Previous work experience in any field is preferred.
• Work experience within the internship discipline is strongly preferred but not required.
• Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Excel, familiarity with Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to utilize AI tools.
• Ability to multitask, motivated self-starter, and collaborative.
• Must be able to work up to 20 hours throughout the school year as classes allow.
• Resume must state your expected graduation date and your area of study.
• Students must be within commutable distance to the facility, which is 60 miles or less.
• The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• User Experience (UX) degree.
• Ability to perform research with users to support AI Enablement efforts.
