About The Position

Put your teamwork and technical skills to work as an SDDOT Field Engineering Intern where you'll: coordinate with contractors to conduct materials testing and inspections on state highway construction projects; work with project engineers and technicians to measure work for construction payments; work outside in a construction setting.

Requirements

• Applicant must be enrolled as a part-time/full-time student at a college, university, or technical institute at the time they apply.
• By the start of the internship, the student should have completed one year (nine months) of their chosen program.
