About The Position
An internship with KSM provides you with hands-on experience in the exciting and challenging profession of public accounting. You will learn how the theories and principles of accounting are applied while essentially performing the role of a first-year associate accountant. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with exposure to real deals and Partner interactions. Ideal for students interested in tax, accounting, or law.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Law, Finance, Pre-Law, or Statistics
- Minimum of junior year class standing
- Strong academic performance and interest in tax
- Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior tax or finance internship is preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with tax due diligence and M&A advisory engagements
- Support client projects by analyzing tax documents
- Assist with report drafting
- Perform technical research
