O’Reilly’s Summer Internship Program is an in-person, 10-week, paid, summer program that offers students the opportunity to work closely with experienced leaders and professionals in different departments and to showcase their knowledge by providing recommendations and feedback. Throughout the internship, students will build upon their current skillsets, while applying their education to meaningful, impactful projects. Interns will be paired with one department for the summer and will be responsible for assisting their team with special projects and daily tasks that will contribute to the success of the company. Along with a mentor, interns will design their Career Development Plan and complete tasks and projects to gain the experience necessary to achieve their career goals.
