About The Position

This internship offers hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and HR processes. You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment operations, develop SOPs, and contribute to strategic projects that enhance candidate experience and employer branding.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with ATS (e.g., SuccessFactors) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support pre-employment testing and onboarding activities.
  • Hiring Event Administration: Post events.
  • Develop advertising with help of the print shop.
  • Ensure documents are ready for events.
  • Possible event attendance on the organization’s behalf.
  • Strategic Projects: Contribute to redesigning the recruitment website for better candidate experience.
  • Assist in developing recruitment brochures and marketing materials.
  • Help shape structure of future internship program at Heartland Coca-Cola.
  • Assist in documentation of Standard Operating Procedures and processes.
