About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Recruiting team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who is interested in building a long-term career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources. This role plays a critical part in delivering a responsive, high-quality candidate experience while supporting interview coordination, communication, scheduling, and onboarding logistics. High performers in this role will have a clear growth path into a Talent Acquisition Coordinator position.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal professional communication skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Excellent computer skills (email, calendars, spreadsheets, basic office software)
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Interest in recruiting or HR as a career path

Nice To Haves

  • Administrative, customer service, or internship experience
  • Experience scheduling or managing calendars
  • Exposure to recruiting systems or HR software

Responsibilities

  • Candidate Communication
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Send interview confirmations, follow-ups, reminders, and next steps
  • Ensure timely communication and positive candidate experience
  • Track and follow up on hiring manager feedback
  • Interview & Calendar Coordination
  • Schedule phone, virtual, and onsite interviews
  • Manage recruiter and hiring manager calendars
  • Handle reschedules and interview logistics
  • Externship & Outreach Support
  • Respond to externship inquiries and outreach emails
  • Track and maintain organized communication records
  • Orientation & Onboarding Support
  • Assist with new hire orientation logistics
  • Ensure required documentation and pre-start communication is completed
  • Administrative Support
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Assist with recruiting reports and documentation
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team as needed
