Requirements

Must have a master’s degree in a clinical discipline.
A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical practice in a community mental health setting.
Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5-TR, psychiatric rehabilitation, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, trauma informed approaches.
Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and in multi-disciplinary teams.
Completed the BBS required supervisor training.

Nice To Haves

California license as a LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist or Psychiatrist, preferred.

Responsibilities

Assists in the direction and coordination of interns and activities that support their growth and Crestwood’s Recovery Services.
Provides supervision that are compliant with Crestwood policies, student’s professional development and Licensing Board requirements.
