About The Position

This role provides hands-on experience in Agile software development, DevOps practices, and production support while contributing to the delivery of high-quality product features. The position collaborates with cross-functional teams, helps improve development tools and processes, and supports system reliability through vulnerability remediation and a production-first mindset. In this role you will: Attend and participate in scrum events (the sprint, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective), Participate in team or departmental meetings, Assist with vulnerabilities remediation, Assist with building/improvement of DevOps tooling (e.g., pipelines, static scanning etc.), Complete the internship program final capstone presentation, Maintain a production-first mindset focused on scale, uptime and ability to rapidly triage/resolve production issues, Invest in our Agile practice to continuously improve product quality, time to market, Learn to develop product features for any of the following: data marketplaces, mobile applications, web applications, and API services.

Requirements

Must be a student pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Computer Science with at least one semester remaining upon start of the internship.
Must possess a minimum of a 3.0 (out of a 4-point scale) GPA.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required. This incumbent will be required to give presentations and communicate with business leaders.
Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, and conceptual skills required.
Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Must be able to work independently or in a team setting.

Nice To Haves

Junior or Senior classification preferred.
Previous internships are considered a plus.
Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work.
Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias.
Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights.
Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation.
Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection.
Experience with AI-assisted software development or automation.
Knowledge of prompting techniques to improve output quality.
Awareness of emerging GenAI capabilities and limitations.
