Responsibilities

Greet guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, manage reservations via phone or online, and provide concierge services.
Assist with restaurant, bar, or banquet operations, including food service, setup, and clearing.
Learn room maintenance standards, inspect rooms for cleanliness, and support laundry or guest services logistics.
Assist with special events, sales, marketing campaigns, data entry, and social media management.
Observe and assist experienced staff in various departments to understand overall hotel operations.
