The Results Management Division of WADA’s Legal Affairs Department is seeking an intern whose primary responsibility will be to contribute to the development of a case law database on issues related to the implementation of the World Anti-Doping Program. This individual will contribute to two main projects: the first will focus on analyzing and summarizing Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) rulings, as well as any other decisions deemed important (particularly those related to athlete whereabouts), and then compiling the information into a database; the second will involve monitoring potential analytical violations that have not yet been decided, and the third will be dedicated to monitoring breaches of athlete whereabouts obligations. In addition to participating in management tasks, the successful candidate will be required to identify potential violations, analyze received decisions, identify existing problems, and contribute to the drafting of emails, letters, and reports related to these projects. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Associate Director, Head of the Results Management Division, and in close collaboration with other members of this division.
