Intern - Production Assembly Operations - Summer 2026
About The Position
Work with the Assembly Team at Yancey Engineered Solutions to develop trade skills and seek efficiency gains within production operations. Develop a standardized label solution for common unit labeling. Establish a production kit review process to audit kits once received from Supply Chain team, identifying gaps and eliminating missing parts before they impact production operations. Evaluate and identify areas for improvement in our final assembly quality gate. Identify areas of repeat failures and found issues, work with assembly to establish processes to eliminate those issues.
