Requirements

High School Student, OR College student currently working towards a Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or related field
Minimum 2.8 GPA
Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Perform general office duties including filing, faxing, and answering phones.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Facilitate an open exchange of ideas and provide effective communication by listening to others.
Maintain confidentiality at all times within the legal framework, adhering to established guidelines and the agency's adopted code of ethics.
Maintain an acceptable attendance record.
Exhibit a professional appearance, attitude, and demeanor that reflects confidence, positive self-esteem, and overall professionalism when interacting with clients, co-workers, families, and referral sources.
Adhere to all applicable evidence-based practice models.
Communicate information effectively and accurately, both orally and in writing.
Ensure the program operates within the constraints of the agency’s certification (CARF, DMH) standards and strategic plan related to clinical care.
Abide by program and agency policies and procedures.
Undertake other job duties and special projects as assigned.
