About The Position

The WWE Podcasts team, part of WWE’s Advanced Media Group, is responsible for supporting the development, production, publishing, and promotion of WWE’s growing Podcast Network. This includes podcasts featuring WWE talent, personalities, storylines, and premium content tied to RAW, SmackDown, NXT, Premium Live Events, and other WWE properties. The team collaborates cross-functionally with Talent Relations, Social Media, Production, Creative, Marketing, and Ad Sales to produce weekly podcast content across multiple platforms. This is a fast-paced environment where organization, creativity, and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining production and publishing schedules.

Requirements

• Interest in podcasting, digital media, sports entertainment, audio production, or content operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, or similar collaboration tools preferred.
• Interest in WWE programming, talent, and storylines strongly preferred.
• Experience with social media, digital content, audio editing, or media production a plus.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work successfully both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Willing and able to work in Stamford, CT.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day podcast operations and production support across WWE’s Podcast Network.
• Support scheduling of podcast recordings, studio space, meetings, and talent appearances.
• Help coordinate weekly hosts and guest bookings within internal talent systems.
• Assist with tracking podcast production calendars, creative review timelines, and publishing deadlines.
• Support social content coordination and distribution for weekly podcast episodes.
• Assist with organizing ad copy requests and talent recording schedules for sponsorship integrations.
• Help QC podcast content and supporting assets prior to publishing across platforms.
• Provide research on podcast trends, competitive shows, talent, and emerging content opportunities.
• Track music cue sheets, expenses, and production-related documentation.
• Assist with gathering and organizing podcast performance analytics and reporting.
• Maintain familiarity with WWE storylines, talent, Premium Live Events, and current programming across RAW, SmackDown, and NXT.
• Support the team with general administrative and operational tasks as needed.
