About The Position
The PHMSA Compliance Department oversees the company’s compliance program related to Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) pipeline safety regulations (49 CFR Parts 190-199), as well as any applicable state regulations. Our responsibilities include facilitating inspections, conducting incident investigations, responding to enforcement actions, providing training, and overseeing the updates to relevant operations, maintenance, engineering and design, construction, and public awareness manuals.
Requirements
- Students actively enrolled in an approved Bachelor of Engineering degree program with expected graduation date of December 2026-May 2028

Responsibilities
- Learn MOP/MAOP Confirmation
- Assist with audit prep - reviewing records, procedures, SSP's and visiting field locations to confirm audit ready
- Helping fine tune the following processes: Agency inspections, Enforcement response / status update
- Development of training/testing tools from the O&M procedures using AI.
