About The Position

Richemont, a global leader in luxury goods, is offering a Summer internship program through Laureus USA, a nonprofit organization focused on using sport for social change. This internship provides an opportunity to gain experience at the intersection of sport, youth development, and social impact. The intern will be immersed in Laureus USA’s Sport for Good NYC initiative, supporting partnership activations, events, and coalition operations. The role will also expose the intern to how nonprofit organizations collaborate with corporate partners to deliver impactful programming and may involve supporting initiatives that connect young people to career pathways in industries such as luxury and sport.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program, pursuing a degree
  • Technologically proficient with strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • An innovative and proactive thinker, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative team player, eager to contribute, empower others, and achieve collective success
  • Highly energetic and enthusiastic about supporting diverse projects and initiatives
  • Available to commit to a full-time schedule throughout the entire duration of our Summer Internship Program from June 1st to August 7th
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States. International students must possess a current work visa; Richemont North America does not sponsor work visas for summer internships.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older by the start of the program.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of Sport for Good NYC events, including volunteer activations with Richemont, Town Halls, and partner engagements
  • Assist in developing event materials such as run-of-show documents, participant coordination plans, and post-event summaries
  • Provide on-site support for events, including participant coordination, check-in management, and general logistics
  • Maintain and update coalition and partner trackers, including organizational profiles and key contact information
  • Attend internal and external meetings and produce clear, action-oriented notes and follow-up items
  • Assist in the development of partnership materials, including briefings, summaries, and internal documents
  • Support coordination of career exploration and engagement opportunities with corporate partners, including Richemont
  • Support additional cross-organizational projects as needed
