About The Position

As the Intern Operations, you will directly assist the Operations Team in our Fort Mill Distribution Center with a wide range of projects related to streamlining our processes, making things more operationally efficient, supporting our Memory Makers, and enhancing the Guest experience. You will support across the entire Distribution Center and Corporate Campus.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, ambitious, problem solver, who is flexible and adaptive to change
• High degree of attention to detail
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously
• Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to perform repetitive bending, lifting, and squatting
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
• Able to drive to travel to company locations as necessary
• Be able to routinely lift 15 lbs. alone, or team lift heavier pieces

Responsibilities

• Participate in improving procedures and workflows related to Operational Excellence.
• Work closely with Operations Leadership to support new initiatives and daily best practices.
• Demonstrate a high degree of collaboration with multiple department partners.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of assigned projects and related tasks.
• Collaborate on our ongoing focus on employee recognition and support programs.
