Requirements

  • Pursue a degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field, with a GPA of 3.3 or higher.
  • Demonstrate Excel proficiency at an intermediate level, supporting data analysis and reporting tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with strong written and oral skills, while collaborating as a team player who can multi-task.
  • Show problem-solving ability with high motivation, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.

  • Internship experience as an added advantage, showcasing practical exposure to the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily reconciliations between client records and Prime Brokers, ensuring accuracy in positions and trades.
  • Resolve trade breaks by working directly with clients and brokers to correct discrepancies.
  • Handle monthly reconciliations of positions, cash, market values, and accruals, while also building and maintaining fund accrual schedules.
  • Review NAV packages and prepare performance estimates, updating portfolio accounting systems when necessary.
  • Process corporate actions like dividends, splits, and mergers, while supporting new client conversions and training them on technology and processes.
