About the Role What You’ll Do Under direct supervision, the Intern will work on a multi-discipline team of Engineers to support diverse types of project work in support of Semiconductor Capital Equipment. Project types may include research and development, new product development or continuous improvement. Use analytical skills learned in school to solve technical engineering problems. Create engineering drawings and bills of materials. Use 3D CAD to complete design tasks. Participate in design reviews with other engineers. Supports the department with any necessary technical testing or documentation work. Use rapid prototyping processes to qualify and iterate on designs quickly. Requirements

  • Individuals pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Strong interest in mechanical design and design verification.
  • Hands on individual comfortable managing multiple priorities.
