About The Position

As a Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to work side by side with our Sr. Dir. Marketing, learning what it takes to tell the story of our brands and products throughout the marketing cycle. You will be a valued individual contributor to the team and work alongside your cross-functional team members from brand, design, sales, and international teams to help bring innovative play experiences to market.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in marketing, branding, social media, entertainment, and/or the toy industry.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt your voice to different brand personalities and write compelling, platform-specific copy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to act as a "connector" between cross-functional teams like Creative, Sales, and International.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
  • Solid time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Open to rising seniors in high school, undergraduate, or graduate students currently enrolled in an accredited institution.
  • Must not have graduated prior to March 2026.
  • Must be able to commit to the full 10-week program, working onsite Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays, for a total of 40 hours per week.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • Must be able to commute to the internship location for the duration of the program.
  • Must successfully pass a background check as part of the hiring process.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, campaign, and content opportunities across social and traditional marketing.
  • Assist with social media content planning, content creation, community engagement, and platform monitoring.
  • Write compelling copy for social media posts, ensuring brand consistency and voice.
  • Contribute to influencer campaigns by researching potential creators, ideating and developing collateral, reviewing and feedbacking on submitted content, and tracking and reporting out on performance.
  • Attend cross-functional meetings to learn about brand development, marketing plans, product launches, and media strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members on brainstorming sessions and creative marketing ideas.
