About The Position

The Marketing Intern will support CSI’s marketing team by contributing to campaigns, proposals, and events that strengthen our brand and drive business growth. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role offers hands-on experience across multiple marketing disciplines including content creation, event coordination, proposal development, and digital marketing. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or the equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain employee and employer confidentiality
  • Proactive attitude, showing initiative and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing job requirements
  • Strong organization skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate swag orders, manage supply inventory, and fulfill employee merchandise requests
  • Conduct market research
  • Process check requests and assist with general marketing administrative tasks
  • Support the planning and execution of company events and activations, including luncheons, food drives, and sponsorships
  • Assist with event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support
  • Create and maintain employee resumes and project profiles for use in proposals
  • Assist with the development of proposal materials and presentations
  • Input project data in CRM (Cosential)
  • Manage employee enrollment and removal from the CSI’s company store
  • Distribute monthly anniversary credits and support day-to-day store operations
  • Assist with the creation of company-wide email communications (Adobe Creative Suite, MailChimp)
  • Assist with the creation of social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Assist with gathering project content for website projects
  • Assist with the creation of news articles for website
  • Creating graphics or simple visual assets (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
