Our 10-week Manufacturing Management Internship gives students the opportunity to work side-by-side with experienced leaders, explore key areas of operations and contribute to projects that make a real impact.

Requirements

  • Current students pursuing a bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline at an accredited 4-year college or university.
  • Completed at least one year of coursework with a graduation date of December 2027 or later.
  • Students interested in pursuing a career in manufacturing and entering the workforce directly after undergrad.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced 24/7 environment, including 12-hour shifts on the plant floor when needed.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Dive into daily plant operations and learn how a high-performing manufacturing facility runs.
  • Lead or support projects that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
  • Collaborate across departments to analyze processes and recommend improvements.
  • Attend professional development activities, including a professional development week at our corporate headquarters in Colorado.
  • Meet regularly with plant leaders through weekly check-ins and mentorship opportunities.
  • Gain exposure to production and support teams while developing leadership skills.
  • Follow all plant safety practices, SOPs, and policies.
