About The Position

A hands-on M&A role with involvement in all aspects of the corporate development function, including M&A strategy, valuation, synergy analysis and due diligence process management. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Corporate Development and will assist in evaluating deals, strategic fit and identifying adjacencies to drive inorganic growth. Key Position Responsibilities · Assist with the preparation of investment summaries and valuation models for Enterprise Dealer Group deals · Learn aspects of valuation models - DCF, FCF, IRR, MoM etc. · Prepare letters of intent with the proposed price and deal terms for target acquisitions · Assist M&A team in pre-LOI diligence · Coordinate with North America business unit leaders to prepare proforma analysis for budgeting · Draft summaries of potential acquisition targets for M&A sourcing · Assist with other projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Major in business administration, finance or accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in an office environment is a plus
  • Excellent command of the English language, strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to research companies/industries and provide summary findings to corporate team / business leaders

  • Hourly Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour (non-exempt, hourly position).
