Sunoco LP is a leading energy infrastructure and fuel distribution master limited partnership operating across 47 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Europe, and Mexico. This is a twelve (12) week paid internship program beginning May 2027. You must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program with an expected graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028. Summary The Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Intern will work closely with the M&A team to support research, analysis, and evaluation of fuel distribution acquisition opportunities for the company. This role provides hands-on experience in market analysis, financial modeling, and deal support, offering valuable exposure to the strategic and financial aspects of business growth through acquisitions. The intern will assist in researching markets and potential acquisition targets, conducting competitive and financial analyses, and helping prepare materials used in deal evaluations and leadership presentations.
