About The Position

This position will learn and observe various aspects and trends in a Caterpillar dealership. The primary function is to complete tasks assigned and to ask questions to improve and increase the knowledge about the Power Systems. Will be working side by side with the Loadbank Team (C2C Power Solutions).

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A desire to learn and take initiative with problem solving.
• PC skills required.
• Must have a valid California Class C Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of the Power Systems Division.
• Rotates through HPS divisions to better understand the Power Systems business.
• Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions.
• Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems specific to the industry.
• Assists with daily tasks by department.
• Learning technical skills related to the industry.
• Perform any job that may be assigned as necessary to meet the company, department or individual goals and objectives
