This internship focuses on the Lifecycle Marketing team at Chamberlain Group. The team has recently migrated to a new Customer Experience Platform and is looking for interns to leverage new capabilities to improve, optimize, and innovate across customer experience and channel capabilities. The internship offers opportunities to work on customer journey optimization, channel innovation, and process/AI improvements within owned lifecycle marketing channels (Email, SMS, Push Notifications). The overall summer objective is to support the Lifecycle Marketing team in growing channel revenue from these important owned marketing channels.
