BJC HealthCare is seeking an intern for their IT/RPA Automation team. This position is ideal for students graduating in 2027-2028 who are interested in a career in IT, specifically working with Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The internship will run from June 2026 to May 2027, with 20 hours per week during the school year and 40 hours per week during the summer. Candidates must reside in the St. Louis area for the duration of the internship. The BJC Career Development Intern Program (CDIP) supports pipeline initiatives by offering paid internships for undergraduate and graduate students. Internships are typically project-based, with students working part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer. Participants will gain exposure to professional development training, networking opportunities, interaction with senior leaders, and a dedicated support network. Preference is given to students who have completed at least their freshman year and are enrolled in a degreed program.
