Position Summary
The Intern, Informatics at TriNet is tasked with executing high-impact, real-world business projects and driving tangible business outcomes through direct, hands-on contribution to team deliverables. This role requires actively applying and refining skills, collaborating cross-functionally, and receiving dedicated mentorship to gain invaluable practical experience within a supportive corporate environment.

Requirements

• Junior or Senior undergrad or graduate students
• Prefer Business, Mathematics, Statistics or other quantitative fields of study
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• A proactive team player who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Microsoft Excel skills required (Pivot tables, Look-ups, advanced analytics)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
• A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
• Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

• Previous internship/work experience preferred
• Academic leadership or extra-curricular activity involvement preferred
• Ability to use OLAPs, such as Tableau
• Knowledge and Experience querying relational databases
