Requirements

Two to three years professional clinical experience
Previous Clinical Informatics and EPIC experience is desired
Mandatory Reporter training certificate a plus; certification is required as an employee

Responsibilities

Serves as the primary clinical resource for the acquisition, project management, and technical support of new clinical applications and equipment.
Supports quality initiative, patient experience measures, and reposting through EMR data.
Serves as liaison with medical staff to ensure staff readiness and assist with downtime procedures during system outages.
Serves as liaison with clinical application users for report development, work requests, problem reporting, analysis, and resolution.
