About The Position

The ICONA Means Business (IMB) Sales Intern will support the IMB Sales Team with daily administrative, sales support, and event coordination functions. This internship provides hands-on experience in hospitality sales, data entry, event planning, social media, customer service, and business operations within a fast-paced resort environment.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
• Ability to work independently.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program related to Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interest in hospitality sales, marketing, event planning, and guest service

Responsibilities

• Weekly attendance to Aloha Culture Meetings.
• Assist with event setup and onsite coordination when required.
• Assist with enhancing IMB visibility online through social media, digital content, and marketing support initiatives.
• Support the development and organization of collateral materials including presentations, promotional pieces, and sales materials.
• Learn and assist with various operational, sales, and marketing needs of the IMB team to gain a well-rounded hospitality business experience.
• Perform additional administrative, marketing, and hospitality-related duties as assigned.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
