About The Position

Under the guidance of the HR & Talent Acquisition Business Partner, the HR Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting multi-site recruiting and broader human resources initiatives. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for a college junior or senior to apply classroom learning to real-world HR operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruiting and HR operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Must be able to work on-site in Chambersburg, PA.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with full-cycle recruiting for frontline roles across multiple sites.
  • Post job openings on internal and external job boards.
  • Review resumes, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews.
  • Support candidate communication and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting dashboards.
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork, new-hire documentation, and compliance tasks.
  • Participate in HR meetings and contribute to special projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
