About The Position

Assist human resources department with administrative work in the areas of recruitment and employee benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Good oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with all other employees and to assist courteously and promptly
  • Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion with minimum instructions
  • Manage multiple tasks in an independent and fast-paced team environment
  • Administrative and research help as assigned
  • Assisting with benefits
  • Processing background checks
  • Answering, making and screening calls
  • Assist with managing employee files as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned
