About The Position

The TekniPlex Corporate Human Resources team is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an HR Training and Development Intern. During your 8 – 10 weeks in this role, you will support the Human Resource Learning and Development team in coordinating, designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining employee learning programs and professional development initiatives. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fostering employee growth, coordinating communications, presenting training sessions, maintaining learning materials, and contributing to organizational efficiency. The intern will work closely with the learning and development team to ensure alignment with company goals and values. Responsibilities and Learning Opportunities: Collaborate with the training team to organize leadership and professional development training sessions. Coordinate and communicate learning opportunities to employees and managers Maintain and update training materials, procedures, and job aids to ensure consistency and relevance. Prepare and distribute training materials and job aids Evaluate feedback for learning effectiveness Proactively contributes to training initiatives to promote employee expertise and efficiency. Participate in various projects to support organizational growth and employee development. Provide administrative support, including maintaining records and organizing training materials. Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in human resources, instructional design, organizational development, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Excellent interpersonal skills – builds rapport quickly, has active listening skills, clear, concise communication, and can facilitate learning conversations Previous experience in HR or related fields is a plus, but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with other platforms. Duration and Compensation: This is a full-time, paid internship for the duration of the summer. The exact start and end dates are flexible based on the candidate's availability and academic calendar. The position is physically located in our Wayne, PA office, with an expectation of being in the office 2-3 days per week. Requirements
