About The Position

A hotel internship offers hands-on experience across departments like Front Office, Housekeeping, or Food & Beverage, focusing on guest services, operational support, and problem-solving. Interns typically assist with guest check-ins, manage inquiries, support event planning, and learn hotel management systems, providing a foundation for a hospitality career.

Requirements

• Strong desire to meet guest needs and enhance their stay.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle guest complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Ability to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment.
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a hospitality, tourism, or business program.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, manage reservations via phone or online, and provide concierge services.
• Assist with restaurant, bar, or banquet operations, including food service, setup, and clearing.
• Learn room maintenance standards, inspect rooms for cleanliness, and support laundry or guest services logistics.
• Assist with special events, sales, marketing campaigns, data entry, and social media management.
• Observe and assist experienced staff in various departments to understand overall hotel operations.
