About The Position

As an intern at LJA Business Solutions, you will update and create advertisements, promotional materials, digital and print ads, social media graphics, booth displays, signage, and presentations. You will collaborate with internal marketing teams and designers on real-world projects and gain valuable experience. The role involves developing creative concepts for marketing campaigns, social launches, and brand initiatives; creating brand-aligned visual assets for print and digital channels; and helping maintain the company’s brand identity.

Requirements

Must have completed at least one year of college and be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing or graphic design.
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Basic knowledge of PowerPoint.
Knowledge of current social media trends.
Professional demeanor.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
Ability to work independently and take direction from more than one person.
Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize, design, and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, social launches, and brand initiatives.
Collaborate with the tradeshow manager and marketing teams to develop tradeshow graphics.
Create and maintain brand-aligned visual assets for print and digital, including advertisements, brochures, presentations, event materials, and infographics.
Maintain and evolve the company’s brand identity to ensure consistency across channels.
Design graphics for marketing and sales presentations and materials.
Assist with corporate marketing materials and advertisements.
Design social media assets and ensure they meet brand standards.
Perform production work, including file organization, stationery, and image libraries.
