About The Position

This internship will lead and/or coordinate projects pertaining to Compeer Financial's education and events programming for clients and team members. The intern will assist in maintaining Compeer's client facing Learning Management System and developing reports for various internal stakeholders. They will develop e-learning modules consistent with Compeer's brand and curriculum for clients. The intern will work closely with the events team to design, produce and execute events for internal team members and clients, and assist with the production and marketing of virtual events and webinar programming. This is a paid internship, and the intern will work full-time through the Summer of 2027. The internship is located out of either our Lakeville, MN or Mankato, MN office locations.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited program with a major in business administration, marketing, human resources, hospitality, public relations, project management, instructional design or closely related major.
  • Must possess a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness in completing work with limited guidance.
  • Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to juggle several projects/tasks at once and set priorities.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office computer applications.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. Compeer is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

  • Knowledge of course creation programs a plus.
