The Experience: Project Scopes: Each intern is assigned a specific project that contributes value to the Company. What You’ll Be Doing: As an Event Marketing & Operations Intern, you will support the planning and execution of corporate events by helping to design and standardize event management processes. You will help develop a comprehensive event planning timeline, create pre-event communication drip campaigns, design post-event follow-up workflows, and build reusable templates within the Bizzabo event management platform, in an effort to improve efficiency, consistency, and attendee experience across events while gaining practical exposure to end-to-end event planning and execution in a professional environment. What You’ll Learn: Through guided, hands-on project work, collaboration with event and marketing professionals, observations and one-on-one check-ins with a mentor, you will gain hands-on knowledge of corporate event planning best practices, including event timelines, stakeholder coordination, and attendee engagement strategies. You will develop skills in project management, written communication, marketing automation, and event technology tools, specifically Bizzabo, and learn techniques for creating effective email drip campaigns, managing event data, developing standardized templates, and evaluating event success through post-event follow-up and reporting.
