The Estimating Intern will support Sevan's Estimating and Bid Coordination teams in preparing project bids and budgets. This internship provides hands-on experience in reviewing project documents, performing quantity take-offs, and assisting with subcontractor outreach. Working under the guidance of experienced estimators and bid coordinators, the intern will gain exposure to full lifecycle of construction estimating practices, bidding platforms, and subcontractor relations while building the foundation for a future career in construction management or estimating. At Sevan you will be part of a team that is dynamic and fast paced. Strong communication skills and a desire to be involved in all aspects of a project life cycle are a must. Problem solving skills, thinking outside the box and dealing with ambiguity are skills that we value. You will work alongside experienced individuals as well as the opportunity to operate independently.
