This internship provides an opportunity to gain an understanding of the equipment teams’ operational tasks, including equipment preparation, field layout, and cleanup for trainings. Interns will acquire skills in special assignments such as inventory/warehouse management, product forecasting, and data analysis. They will also learn thermal label making and heat press applications, and gain experience in preparing, organizing, and maintaining clean equipment and boot rooms. The role involves supporting the logistics of practice and game day preparations, including logging, communicating, and addressing player and staff requests related to equipment, supplies, and facility needs. Interns will assist staff with various administrative tasks like inventory, storage, and distribution. Additionally, they will gain experience in building soccer goals, shelving units, replacing nets, and performing other duties as deemed necessary within the basic guidelines of being an Equipment Manager. Other duties as assigned.
