About The Position
The Equestrian Program Specialist is responsible for the delivery of a horseback riding program that is safe, fun, and appropriate for all campers. The Equestrian Specialist supports the physical operations of the horses, Equestrian Center facilities, and equipment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about shaping young girls' lives, enjoys helping others, and wants to make a difference. It offers the opportunity to work as part of a team, be outdoors, and contribute to a positive environment. Our summer camp runs from June 13 to August 2, 2026. An internship option is available.
