Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Foundational knowledge of environmental sustainability concepts, including greenhouse gas emissions and corporate climate reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, organization, and basic analysis; comfort working with large datasets across multiple tabs or files.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies or gaps in data and follow through on resolution.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize findings and flag issues concisely.
  • Self-starter who can work independently with general direction and proactively ask questions when needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior internship, research, or coursework experience involving data management, sustainability reporting, or supply chain topics is a plus but not required.
  • Exposure to GHG accounting frameworks such as the GHG Protocol, or disclosure platforms such as CDP, EcoVadis, or RBA-Online is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and validate environmental datasets across global sites in carbon accounting platform, ensuring data completeness and accuracy for annual reporting cycle.
  • Identify and resolve data quality gaps across Scope 3 emission categories by coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support supplier data aggregation in RBA-Online, including tracking submissions, organizing environmental performance data, and maintaining records that feed into supply chain transparency reporting.
  • Refresh and update sustainability content across internal SharePoint pages and the corporate sustainability website, including reviewing existing content for accuracy and drafting updated copy.
  • Prepare Product Carbon Footprint labels for prioritized products using internal LCA calculator tool, pulling Bill of Materials data, running calculations, and formatting outputs for external customer requests.
  • Participate in team working sessions to build familiarity with how sustainability priorities are set and communicated across the organization.
